END-USER AGREEMENT

1. IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please read the END USER AGREEMENT attentively. By signing for and using the SiteBuilder-based site made by us you automatically confirm your compliance with the AGREEMENT stipulations below.

2.. END USER AGREEMENT

Our web site allows customers to use the ready-made site templates, as well as other products made available through our site by independent developers.

a) LIMITED USE

Every product can be used only with SiteBuilder-enabled sites. You have to obtain SiteBuilder licenses for every separate site, even if their design and functionality are the same.

b) MODIFICATIONS

You may modify the design purchased from us in any way that suits your purpose without any limitations.

c) UNAUTHORIZED USE

You may not place, distribute and/or sell any of our products on any media or through a web-site, or make it publicly available in reusable form by any means without obtaining an explicit written permission from SetGlobal.

d) PROPERTY RIGHTS

You may:

• Create, maintain and modify an SiteBuilder-based website in the limits of one web-site under a single domain name.

You may not:

• Sell, lease or make our product available in reusable form to any third party.

• Claim intellectual property and/or exclusive rights for any of our products, modified or intact. All products remain the property of their respective producers.

• Create more than one SiteBuilder-based site by duplication of the same product, whether it was modified or not. You have to purchase a separate site-building service for every separate SiteBuilder-based site.

The purchase of our design solution does not include the transfer of exclusive rights for the said solution to the purchaser. All rights remain with products’ respective providers. Our products are provided “as is”, without any explicit or implied warranty. Our studio and/or its workers can not be held responsible for any kind of direct or indirect losses, entailed by use and/or inability to use our products.

3. REIMBURSEMENT CONDITIONS

Our company offers non-material, intellectual values, therefore the payment for our services can not be reimbursed after the services have been delivered. An exception may be made for cases when the customer considers the delivered product to be different from what was actually ordered. In this case we will do our best to reach a mutually satisfying agreement with the customer. The term for filing of notices regarding the quality of delivered products is 1 (one) week after purchase.

4. FRAUD PROTECTION

The purchase of the ready-made site may be delayed by fraud protection procedures. In such a case the delivery of a site template may be delayed by 10 to 20 minutes and more (up to 20 hours). Employment of fraud protection procedures is an unfortunate consequence of the increasing number of credit card fraud attempts.

Our company reserves the right to alter this End-User Agreement without notice.
